not difficult at all to change the wifi, its just like ram with two cables to connect.. For the ram, i would suggest a 1600, according to the intel site, thats the fastest it can run, (though there might be a way around this).

Here's a good memory- Never upgrade memory through dell lol

    Newegg.com - CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Laptop Memory Model CMSX8GX3M2A1600C9

I couldn't find a cheaper killer 1202, dell charges 30 for the upgrade, where as ebay has it for 65 so its better to do that from dell. If you want the 6250, which i installed myself, you can pick one up for around 15 dollars on ebay, and it works great.

M14x R2 holds up to 16G of ram at 1600MHz, and as Niko2021 said it isn't hard to install the network card.

Here's the official user's manual that will correctly instruct you on how to disassemble the M14x R2, that way you'll find it easy to upgrade the wireless card and RAM. :)
