I was browsing the minimum requirements and this is what I found, while I am not familiar with the 7900, It appears to be a pretty decent GPU from what little I've seen. Does anyone know how the M14x will handle it? (If at all?)
quote:
"NVIDIA 7900 or better; ATI X1800 or better. Please note that NVIDIA GeForce 9300, 8500, 8400, and 8300 are below minimum system requirements, as are AMD/ATI Radeon HD3200, HD3300, and HD4350."

dude it will run it great, 7900 was beast about 5 years ago, m14x will kill 7900 anyday, definately handle mass effect 3 at good settings, cheers!

Ah thanks!

The M14X will play ME3 perfectly fine, don't worry
-
actually we should be able to play on high, either way the game will look better then on the 360 or ps3 so no worries
-
i think the demo may be capped at low or medium graphics
we will all find out tomorrow

Just wondering, is it worth buying the digital deluxe, or should I just get regular edition.
-
Only you can decide
To me, the only things I'd value from a DD version would be physical items and not in-game items. -
digital deluxe includes the launch dlc, which, depending on price of said dlc, could entirely justify the purchase of the digital deluxe version....

lol nVidia 7900? GT555 is like 2 times more powerful
-
Ok I played everything maxed incl. resolution and AA and I get between 40-60 FPS and the gameplay is very smooth.
-
i dont believe anything is maxed out, there is no advanced options, i think the textures could look alot better and we could still maintain a solid 45 frames if we had more options
-
tyler27, I dont believe my eyes also lol
Please see the picture. Incredible.Attached Files:

i went into the nvidia control panel and maxed out every option available from there, there is a config file where settings can be changed even more but im not sure how to edit it, i know this game can look better somehow
Alienware M14x will not play Mass Effect 3? (or at least well)
