I replaced my keyboard, and now WSAD is not working anymore. Not even in safe mode. I have the latest bios. Anyone any idea?

    Kind regards.

EDIT: I used a UK keyboard in a NL laptop. It should make no difference perhaps it does, not sure.

Was this the issue with your original keyboard? Was this the original issue why you replaced the keyboard?

Yeah sorry i should have been more specific. The other keyboard was multifunctional and other keys did not work. I find it strange that the WSAD specific do not work any more.

Could be an internal damage. I mean, if a perfectly working keyboard is still missing on those 4 keys. There has to be something else wrong with it.

If you bought it from ebay I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if it's faulty.
    Only two possibilities:
    1. It's not plugged in properly at both sides
    2. The keyboard you purchased is faulty

There is no way there is an internal fault with the board of the machine if different keys are not working now. If the exact same keys as your old keyboard don't work then yes this points at another issue but as it is different ones the fault would be with the keyboard you purchased or the connection.
