    so as i have posted before, i got a new alienware. nothing wrong with it. so today i came across some problems with my windows so i used the cd they gave me to reinstall, but little did i know, that it dosent have everything. so i was wondering if its possible to reinstall from the factory settings ( i tried the windows repair function)

    So when u first receive your laptop, did you or have you try This?

    Because the very first thing you do after you receive your laptop, is to make a system recovery disc for this case like what you are now, I suppose.
