Well, its been a long week.
I had my motherboard replaced on wednesday due to colorful screen flickering issues. It got replaced and everything seemed to be fine.
The next day, there was no audio devce output device detected with the refurbished motherboard they sent me.
I called in for support again and they said they'll send another motherboard to be replaced but it probably won't be next week.
Miraculously, next day, which is today, the part somehow appeared and so they sent a tech over today.
it took an hour just to take out the motherboard. Another hour to place it the new one. Then something was wrong and the laptop couln't turn on so the tech called in for support.
After trying to fix it, they decided the new motherboard they sent was damaged.
Nearly 4 hours wasted. From 3:30PM to 7PM, the tech was clearly working overtime at this point.
They told me alienware support would call me in 24/48 hours. The tech advised me to just call in now and I did.
I asked for a replacement laptop at this point since I'm tired of having faulty motherboards replaced with even worse ones. I do have over 400 days left of warranty left.
But, they said they needed to do a motherboard switch one more time next week before they can do a full replacement.
...It's not even funny how miseriable a gamer's life can be without their rig for one week. AHHH!!! And all my scohol activities rely on this laptop. I just need it fixed.
Well...3 more days till Monday...
I wonder what's going to happen then.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the part replacements, I would suggest to send it to the depot. They have plenty of motherboards and other parts to test and make sure that everything works before sending it back.
Anyway, at least the tech support team is trying to get things straight for you and is just following guidelines.
