    Hi it might be normal but you know the thing that charges the m14x? The thing that plugs in (charger jack). I can wiggle it when its in my m14x. Is it supposed to be like that?

    No, its a pretty tight fit. Don't wiggle it and make it worse. Call tech support and see if you can get it looked at. If it has a charging problem they will replace it.
