I'm looking for a factory image for an alienware m14x , I keep getting blue screens' of death, and have done a fresh install, I believe this will fix my computer for it to work properly.

How did you do the install? With Windows retail disc or from the recovery partition?

Re-installation from the recovery partition should fix the issue, sounds like a hardware issue, check your RAM and HDD.

Do a diagnostics test if you can, by pressing F12 (I think, it's been a while since I had an Alienware laptop.)
