Hello, recently my Alienware's fan has become running all the time at a loud noise as the standard, instead of being quieter, and in HWinFO as I attached I have high temperatures, and I haven't done anything besides web-browsing and outputting to a TV (which I have done for more than a year with no fan noises like now). Due to this I took it to have the CPU and GPU repasted with arctic cooling mx-2, however the temperatures are still at the same levels and have not improved. Any ideas what I can do? The inside has been cleaned thoroughly with compressed air and rubbing alcohol, so anything else would be welcome how to tackle this issue.
TL;DR Repasted and cleaned insides of computer, high temperatures loud fan

Have you made sure that nothing is running in the background?

Only reason I ask is because mine was doing the same thing so I did a system diagnosis and found a couple background items wouldn't shut down so it kept the fan going. Just needed a few updates as well and I was good to go. Maybe try that?

Seems to be a piece of crap, time to get asus g46vw which is quiet even when gaming.

Jumping to the conclusion that it's a "piece of crap" is a bad conclusion. How long has this been going on?

Fair enough that could be the case, I'll reserve my judgement until I do that, but I've read many cases where even after a repaste is done it doesn't help the temperatures.
This has been going on consistently for about one month now, and I've had this laptop from June 2011. -
