    Alienware Command Center annoying problem

    So I've had my m14x for about a month now and everything was working fine. Recently when trying to access the command center, the alien head logo would appear for 2 seconds then disappear and nothing else would happen. The only solution i've found is to just restart the laptop. But it's very annoying. Sorry if this has been answered already, tried searching the forum and no luck.
