I got my Alienware 14 seven months ago and since then I've been using it like a desktop rather than a laptop (Always plugged in with the AC adapter), I did this because I read that the new alienware 14 had lithium battery and the battery wouldn't have any problems but now I started getting the classic "Plugged In not charging", some weeks ago it charged until 77% now it charges up to 64% and keeps decreasing daily. I already updated my Bios and the drivers, took the battery down and connected the AC adapter and deleted the battery drivers and re installed them but nothing seemed to work. I would want to know if the default warranty covers the battery so I could get a new one, and how could I get the battery if I don't live in the united states but I am going to Los angeles soon for holiday. If the warranty doesn't cover it where can I buy a new battery for Alienware 14 (2013 model) preferably not online.
Thanks for the help!

I believe the battery has its own warranty. It should come with a 1 year warranty. The policy recently changed.
If you are within that one year of ownership, call Alienware Technical Support ASAP. -
Dell has international warranty, so you need not visit USA to claim warranty, just contact your local Dell support.
