    Hey guys,
So I had some problems with my WiFi in the last 2 months and I decided to check out this forum to see a solution, someone was having the same problem recently so I decided to check out the post and try some solutions. The first solution was re installing the drivers, so someone gave the official links for the alienware's dell support center for drivers, I downloaded drivers for Bluetooth, airplane mode switch, and for the killer windows 7/8 WiFi driver suite. I first started with the first 2 drivers downloaded and both told me there was an error installing them, then I tried with the Killer WiFi driver suite and it worked, it told me to go to control panel then programs and characteristics and then search for "killer windows 7/8 WiFi driver suite" and delete it to install the newer version, but when I deleted it the WiFi instantly stopped working, instead of the 3 lines of WiFi on the task bar it appeared an icon of a computer with a red x, and when I clicked it, the title said Network then at the bottom of it it said "see network configuration" and then "no connections available" there is no airplane mode switch nor Bluetooth switch. I freaked out and went to device manager, then it appeared "Network driver" with an exclamation mark, I tried to download new updates to it but the windows diagnosis couldn't find what the driver was (I can see internet with Ethernet cable). I browsed the whole internet for about 4 hours trying to find a solution, I enabled all the wireless connections in the BIOS, did "fn + f2", re installed all the drivers with the Alienware CD but I am still having that icon with the exclamation mark in the device manager and it seems as if I don't have any wireless card at all. My alienware 14 is 6 months new and is always clean. The WiFi problem at the beginning was just because my laptop didnt recognized any router when awaken from hibernation but I had WiFi and now it is all gone. I am currently connected in my Ethernet cable. Any help appreciated!
Thanks in advance and sorry for the constant grammar errors (I am not a Native Speaker).
