    Hey Dudes.
I own an Alienware 14 and i had sadly already some problems ( hes 1 month old).
Okay so first i had bluescreens because something crashed my killer network driver.
After i fixed that my aw had total freezes as told in another thread here, and i fixed it with uninstalling google chrome wich caused this problems.
But now i have the next problems: My Graphics card didnt run good.
It dind unleashd his full power
For example in 3d mark 11 i had ~ 3000 points (4050 woud be ok) and the strange thing is that the fan only went up on the cpu benchmark the whole other time it was quiet... during a benchmark....
What i did to fix that:
    Checked power plug
    windows power mode
    awcc power mode
    fan settings ?
i tryed the fn f5 button but this caused a bluescreen (Bad Pool ... error code, i still dont know what to do because i didnt found good things in the internet, maybee you know more? )
i realy dont know what to do.

But the realy bad thing in my situation is that my computer now is already an exchange computer.
my m14x had problems before too.

    Greetings,
    Franz

I would do a clean install of windows and install all the drivers again to see if it fix's the problem..
