    Hello fellow M14x owners.

I've had my computer for 3 days now, and just noticed that there isn't any light on in the alienhead on the back of the lid. Isn't there supose to be, you just can't change the light? If it's not working, do you have any idea of how to remedy this issue?

    Regards Dress

The Alienware logo on the back of the screen (head) should light up white only if your screen is on. It purely depends on the backlight of your screen, so if your screen is bright it will be bright, if it's dim it will be dim.

    +1 for takeabyte.

It really should light up, even if dim bright.
