    Hey guys,

    I'm kind of regretting not buying the wireless HD option, and I was wondering if anybody knows of a place I can buy the module and add it myself

    I've seen them on eBay it was like $150 for the module and $150 for the antenna :) Hope this helps

    unfortunately you cannot install the WiHD card later on. I dont think its available in market and perhaps Dell only provides you at the time of placing order. Plus, WiHD has its own cable running behind the LED LCD screen, which would mean that even if you manage to grab that cable from market somehow(unlikely) you will need to tear up the LED LCD panel ,and then attach the cable.

    I have been looking for WiHD PCI-e mini module for quite some time now, havent been able to find it anywhere on net.
    But incase you find it and you decide to go ahead, then good luck! :)

    Just search Alienware m18x on EBay the parts are there. As I posted earlier they are $150.00 for each part :)
