    Hi

I noticed that the CPU's temp hovers around 85 deg while playing games @ max setting while GPU hovers around 70. CPU temp seems to be a bit high, but wanted to ask whether 85 is still considered safe and what temps do people usually get on AW14.

Haswell runs hot. I wouldn't worry too much.

If you repaste the CPU and GPU it should lower the temps some. Factory paste jobs are notoriously bad.

GPU temps seem fine, but the CPU seems to be running a little hot, as Wattser93 recommended, re pasting would be ideal in this case, but if you don´t feel comfortable working on your system and your warranty is still active, you can send me a PM with your service tag and the link to this thread and I will set up repairs under warranty.
