I've had my laptop for just 1yr and 8months now and i am shocked when i saw that my battery wear is at a very very high amount

should i be really concerned about this?
i use my laptop mostly plugged in and i rarely use it on battery(like only when the power is out)
how did my battery wear so much when i read that the laptop automatically switches to AC power whenever it is finished charging and there's no need to manuall disable battery charging.. maybe i just had a defect on my battery since i got it?

i also think i should replace my battery,
i was searching through the web and i cant find a somewhat credible source for my battery
i am also living in the philippines so i cant go to stores that some of you would recommend. but i can buy a battery from US and have it shipped to me through a friend
can you guys recommend any sources for a battery?(amazon would be fine)

    Thanks!!

that is too expensive for me, i found some on amazon, but i am not sure if this is the one i am looking for

is that the one i need? it looks like the one i have, but it doesnt say M14x R2 on the models it fits

    it only includes these models:

Make sure the part numbers match. Don't buy a fake or crap battery.

Also, the Dell battery comes with a 1 year replacement warranty, if that makes any difference.

Fake batteries could cost a lot more if they get to damage your PC.
