    2630QM and 1600mhz RAM

    How do I make it so that my processor uses all 1600mhz of my ram?? I am not very savvy with this stuff so detailed instructions would be greatly appreciated

    Try to search on the bios. Sorry I didn't received mine atm so I don't know the bios menu on the m14x but generaly it's easy to find.

    But isnt that that 2630QM dont support the 1600Mhz? Because I used to read somewhere, said that only 2720QM or higher will support memory up to 1600Mhz, and for that processor it can only support up to 1333Mhz.

    As you can see FlipBack have the 2630 and his ram frequency is 1600

    Enable memory overclocking in the bios and set the frequency to 1600?

    You can do that through the bios.

    FlipBack : All you need is to enable overcloacking and set it from auto to 1600?

    In the memory section you getting two more options, did you change some of them ?
