    Hello,
I recently purchased a M14X from Dell and chose the 3.0GB Nvidia Gforce 555 card. However, after receiving the new toy I ran MSinfo32 Dxdiag and Cpu-z and all of these show the card has 1.5 GB of Dedicated. After a very considerate call from a Chris @ alienware. We decided to use GPU-Z to determine if the card was 1.5 or 3. The results were 3.0GB. I wanted to see if anyone else has encountered this issue. I will attach screenshots of the aforementioned resources used to determine this. [IMG][/IMG]

I believe the vRAM amount shown in system information is for the Intel HD card, which allows up to 1gb of shared RAM. I also have the 3gb card and it shows up as 3072mb, so I believe you got the right card.

Even when using Dxdiag, Msinfo, and Cpu-z you show the same stats as I ?

I am curious if this is a recurring thing, or isolated to my system.

ur unit has the two graphic cards, one is from intel and another is from nvidia. Normal application will be using intel graphic which is why u will only see intel graphic card unless u play games which require nvidia graphic card. Dxdiag will be showing only intel graphic card and gpu-z will be showing both intel and nvidia. So u have the right card with right memory.
