    so I have M14x2-R2 and i want to ask how can i Boost my CPU from 2.3 to 3.3 or 3.0

    my CPU is i7 3610QM

    As long as you have turbo enabled in bios it does it automatically when needed.

    It should easily be able to turbo boost up to 3.1GHz by itself with load on all cores.
