This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    windows won't load properly

    when i turn on my Acer Aspire 3000 i put in my password then it makes me choose a windows xp as i have a dual boot but even if i choose either one it give me the message: "windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt <windowsroot>\system32\hall.dll"

    can anyone help me on this issue?
