Ok try this link for Realtek GigaBit LAN driver:
    http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads...n=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false&Downloads=true

Get the "Auto installation program (support Vista 64 and Vista) (Submission ID: 1319709)"

If you don't have gigabit but fast ethernet check this link:
    http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads...d=6&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

The realtek is installed and yet you don't have a working LAN? What is the exact name of the devices? The "installed" Realtek and the one listed under "Other devices".
The ethernet controller with the yellow exclamation mark could be the wireless card..

Well I'd suggest you get the driver from the link I gave you( realtek gigabit) and reinstall it.

Your wireless card is Intel® PRO/Wireless 2915ABG, you can get the driver from here:
    http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&Inst=Yes&ProductID=1847&DwnldID=17233&strOSs=All&OSFullName=All%20Operating%20Systems&lang=eng
