    I install fresh copy of W7 and I install all drivers from Acer webpage but I missing that 5.1 audio stuff.Where to download it?Nothing on Acer webpage.

    Remember, Windows Vista drivers will happily install on Windows 7; at most, you'd need to turn on Compatibility Mode for the installer.
    Go grab the Vista x64 audio driver from Acer's 8940G downloads, and try that out.
    If that doesn't work, try Realtek's own site and drivers.
