    Hey guys i recently bought and acer extensa off someone for 30 euro which had no power in it at all and i was guessing it was the dc jack so i ordered one off ebay (8euro) and it worked :) but im going to put the laptop back together now and a wire from screen to motherboard has pulled out of somewhere and i havnt a clue where it has come out of or if it has broke off or what can anyone shed some light please heres the pic its the white wire

    all i know is it goes into the screen :/
    But you already knew that :p

    take off the screen frame for a start

    Wi-Fi antenna. comes to Wireless network modem. Check the cover on the bottom of laptop. Perhaps it is there. Perhaps wires should go through a whole under keyboard

    :) its actually coming out of the screen so i assumed it would connect to the mobo somewhere the other black wire is coming from the screeb to the mobo too

    Yeap thats the wireless antenna. Just look for your wifi card and find a the channel the wire runs through.

    Black one should be webcam & mic
