    hello,

on acer's site it is written that i need ddr2 533 ram for my 3690, but on ebay i see a huge difference between normal ddr2 533 ram and the ones which a written acer on them. does acer require a special made ram or any ddr2 533 will do the job?

    thanks,
    dorin

even ddr2 667mhz should work, as long as it is a core (2)duo or X2 it should work fine.
