    upgrading 8920 TV-mpci slot with micro SD mini-Card adapter?

    Yes, but it depends on the specific type of mini PCIe slot. Some use usb 2.0 protocol and others pcie. You have to check the particular TV card that was compatible with this system; that MR15 adapter will only work for mPCIe-usb slots.     No, that definitely will not work. A mini PCIe slot does not support (m)SATA protocol. There are a few rare mini PCIe ssds, but they're small, command a high price and will not outdo an SDHC UHS-I card speed-wise since the bandwidth of the slot is limited to 100MB/s anyway.

    Again; find out whether the TV tuner cards for this system use USB or PCIe interface.
