    put X-Bracket for Nvidia GeForce 8400M GS 256MB on Video Card

    Hi,
    I have buy this Video card, but without X-bracket. Now I would put on this card old VGA x-bracket, but I don't know which glue is need. How fix x-brachet on the graphic card? Thanks ;) P.S. Excuse me for my bad english language :)

    Aren't brackets usually screwed on?

    If you just glue the bracket onto the back of the card I don't think it's going to provide the proper support. Usually the x-bracket is on the back screwed to the heatsink with the graphics core sandwiched in the middle. What is the heatsink going to be attached to? Could you please provide some photos?

    The x-bracket is glued on the video card and x-bracket have four holes and is screwed to the heatsink .In photo 1 there is the new video card without x-bracket, in photo 2 old card with x-bracket. In photo 3 the space between card and x-bracket is filled with glue. In new card there isn't x-bracket(like photo 1) and I would like to glue the old x-bracket(like original old video card-FIG.2)on new video card, but I don't know which glue to use.
