    hey guys...youll know more than me... when i call up the task manager...it says there is 72plus tasks running!!! which i am pretty sure is rediculous.... or is this normal on laptop?

    any advice on what bloat wear i can get rid of., or programs i can stop at start up??

    i am going to back everything up tonight at work...since i have my CS2 installed and running now

    any and all suggestions greatly appreciated...

    Yes, this is normal unfortunately. The easiest way to get rid of most bloatware is by simply uninstalling the programs you don't need. The best way to clean your entire system though is by formatting the hdd and re-installing the OS.

    cool thanks... no i just have to figure out what i dont need, or rather what i wont use.... ill have to investigate this formating HDD and re-installing OS... it came with a CD for Vista upgrade....but had vista installed so, im not sure if thats the CD i would use or not....

    it was quite the ordeal to get CS2 working, so im leary of uninstalling anything and reinstalling.....>LOL
