    what is this process, i did not know where to put this, but since i have acer comp, i will put here.

    is this spyware, or Catalyst control software

    i googled it and it gave me, a symantec site saying it spyware, and it gave me several sites saying its some sort of catalyst control software

    help, thanks!

    Take a look where this file is located on the hard drive. If you find it in some sort of ATI folder, it will belong to the Catalyst control software, otherwise, there's a good chance it's spyware.
