can not install properly/ run Empowering t.:((

HI,
i have Acer Aspire 5672AWlmi
i tried to instal new Empowering technology on my notebook,

but at the end of the installation process i ve got this ERROR:

i clicked YES, then the installation continued, i clicked on finish button and quit.
when i try to run the EMp. framework, it shows me this message and it wont run!!

please help me i havent seen anything like that before

 

Did this Empowering framework come with your notebook? If not why are you trying to install a version that is most likely incompatible with your notebook? You did not say whether you were on XP or Vista.

According to the acer euro site http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/notebook/as_5670.html

The empowering technology for vista is version 2.1 use that and that alone or if you have XP the version is 2.1.2 .
Just because you have an acer does not mean you can just install any acer software and it will work, use the empowering technology listed on the site I gave and your problems should go away...

has also Aspire 5672 and XP and the NEW empowering techn. works for him... how is this possible then?

 

I don't know WHY you would use acer's software...

It is a pain the but to use with Zoomtext...
