    hi all
    im using a acer aspire 5570Z with xp sp2.my problem is i can use my webcam with other program except yahoo messenger.if anybody of u hav any solution of this problem plz lemme know.thanks in advance.

    NB:with yahoo msngr black screen appears

    yes go in to msconfig and stop the cam software running at start-up, then remove it from the start-up folder :D

    do you have yahoo im open all the time ?
    or does yahoo im run at start-up ?
    if yes to the above, then all you will get is a conflict when you go to use the cam in another programme.
