    I am desparate for help! I am trying fix my laptop and was told by acer I needed to order the system and recovery disk. I did that and nothing happend so I took the laptop to geek squad. They told me I needed a new hard drive. So I paid them 170.00 to install that. Of course I then tried the disk again and didn't work so the geek squad told me to downlown load driver to partition the computer. I did that ,some iso file and when I get to the acer disk formatter v1.1d page it ask for the name of hard drive but will not let me enter the name in the box. I can't get past this page! I have been trying to fix this for 3 days nows and am very frustrated! Can anyone help!?

    Can you please provide the URL where you're trying to get the ISO? Just remove the http part otherwise the forum won't let you post it.
