I just got a new acer aspire. I put a cd (tried both a cd and a dvd disk) in the disk drive so I can create a restore backup disk but the laptop couldn't read the disk for some reason. Kept saying there wasn't a disk in the drive. I tried opening the disk in windows explorer too. Same message.

    Anyone know why? Thanks.
