    Hello,

this morning i would like to check my mail, my laptop is on but screen off. Just i move the mouse to wake up the screen and the display is horrible.
Like if color is set to 16bits and there are line.

So i change to the intel graphic and display is ok.

I turn off the laptop and reboot but no issue, same problem. Turn off again for long time and same issue.

I think ati graphic card is dead, have you any information about this in acer laptop?

So i phone to acer to have a repair but i wait for a call back.

And do you know if the repair service is fast?

    Thanks.

gently flex the lcd. if the screen improves/worsens it could be a bad lcd or loose cable.

if nothing changes, then it could be the mainboard/graphics card.
