    Hi,
i'm using my acer 3680 laptop to try and burn dvd's.
It uses the Optiarc DVD RW AD-7530A . It works when playing dvds and cds.
It rips dvd's using dvd shrink. It was burning fine and then started failing towards the finilizing stage, sometimes it burns successfully but then won't playback on laptop or any dvd players.
I'm using a new Nero burning program.it says in device manager it's working properly,I've reinstalled the software.Tried different blank dvd's....
Any other ideas would help out.
    thanks
