i could use some help, and i'll try to explain my problem as thoroughly as possible.
i tried ubuntu on my acer 1410, after a while i decided i missed windows 7 and installed windows 7 using the method described in another thread on this board (downloading a torrent, offline activation, using legit key)

it installed fine, then i realized i needed some drivers. i couldnt connect the acer to the internet yet, so i got on another computer, downloaded all the acer 1410 drivers from the acer website, put them in an a folder, put them on an sd card. then i brought them over to the acer and installed them and got everything working, usb ports and wifi were what i really need to use.

    now, the problem

every now and then, both the usb ports and the wireless stops working. when i go into control panel> device manager, i see next to the wifi device, the ethernet device, and all the usb devices, a little yellow exclamation mark icon.

after trying several things, i discovered that if i uninstall all the devices with the exclamation mark, and then wait a few seconds, the computer will start to recognize new hardware and start installing the drivers (which are still on a folder on my computer) then everything works fine.

the only reason this is really an inconvinience, is that it forgets all my wifi passwords, so I have finally put a text document with them onto my computer out of frustration. also, having to uninstall all those devices and wait for it to reinstall really interupts me when working on homework.

i would say this happens at least 3 times a week, sometimes several times a day
how can i fix this? and get stable drivers on my acer

Try to update drivers but instead of Acer ones go to websites of components' manufacturers. Intel AHCI driver, chipset driver and new Wi-Fi driver should be the ones to start with.
