This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    HELP.....i HAVE A ACER TRAVELMATE 2300 I LOND IT TO A FREND WHEN I GOT IT BACK ...I WENT TO TURN IT ON WONT BOOT UP LIGHT IN FRONT IS ON WHEN I PUSH THE ON KEY IT LIGHTS UP NO SOUND NO SCREEN AND LIGHT IN FRONT FLASHES FROM GREEN TO AMBER I THINK BATERY IS BAD DO I NEED A GOOD BATERY IF I HAVE THE POWER CORD PLUGED IN GOT LAPTOP SECOND HAND DONT HAVE OWNERS BOOK THANKS....
