I own a Acer Aspire 5741 laptop with windows 7 ultimate OS. I tried to install Windows 8 on VMWare 8, however it gave a error like below
    Your PC needs to restart.
Please hold down the power button.
    Error Code: 0x0000005D

However I emptied one of my partition and when i installed windows 8 on it. It installed successfully and now i have a dual boot system containing Win7 ultimate and Windows 8.

However even now when i try to install windows 8 in vmware at windows 7 operating system, it gives the same error. Could you guys suggest me what is the problem and its remedy. I want to run windows8 virtually rather than running it physically on my computer.
So, guys if you could help me it would be much appreciated.
