    Webcam can't be detected on Acer aspire 3820T even after several download of its software. What do I do?

    I had the same problem and it turns out that the webcam had shorted out. I sent the unit back to Acer and they put a new one in my 3820TG and everything was perfect. Let me guess ... you're out of warranty?
