Hello Just curios how you felt about quaitly of your acer repair and center it was shiped to

I start to think big tech Repair center make acer look worse

I mean sent machine in 3 time for intermit boot issue did,nt find hard disk some times usely turn off and on fix it for while

They sent it back 3 time say they Reload Os

but if you check install date on os it still origainal date machine was setup

they did,nt i mean this has got to acer they payed ship for it 3 times

now they pay ship for back to missaiage am hope unit will come back repair i have had such better luck with they work

Big tech seem damage stuff or say they did work they did,nt i wonder how big tech get payed if they get payed by acer per job I think acer shound be pissed at them i mean clear they they did not load os 3 time on machine and acer problay payed big for that or what every agreement they have in place is big tech owned by acer?

I've dropped my Acer off at the Mississauga repair depot twice, once during warranty and once after. During warranty, Acer is very quick and helpful, but when I was out of warranty, it was the complete opposite. It's annoying to not be able to talk to people via the phone, it was absurd that in order to do this, I was asked to pay $60 for the phone call.

When you're out of warranty, you have to contact support via email and even though they say they are 24/7, they're not that fast at replying and generally not helpful. I had to ask the same questions repeatedly and only when I paid for my repair did some answers start appearing. Acer just lost me as a customer for their poor and untimely support. My last few computers were Dells and their support has to this day still been great even when out of warranty.

In the US, I sent my Aspire 5315 in to the Texas repair center while it was still under warranty. They repaired/reloaded it and updated the BIOS, then returned it to me in less than two weeks. Maybe I was just fortunate?
