This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    WMP not streaming correctly through browsers

    Ok, so far this is my only gripe. There are some websites that use Windows Media Player to stream video, and for whatever reason, WMP can only display the video in primary colors (red, blue, green). This happens in IE and Firefox. Has anyone else run into this problem? WMP by itself works fine on the laptop, and it's not the video feed because I can play it on my desktop without any problems.

    Thoughts on how to fix?
