    I want to know how to upgrade my dedicated video ram on my Acer Aspire 5315-2698

    Do you think that you really need this? Upgrading VRAM of integrated video is very difficult process: you have to properly remove old chips, de-solder active and passive components for them, apply new chip and then solder new active and passive SMD elements. That can be done only by very qualified personal using special equipment for PCB creation.
