This laptop, as many of you may know, has a 720p screen, which is better than my projection 420p tv. I was wondering, is there is anyway to connect a video game console to this laptop and play it?

The only option I know of is purchasing a TV Tuner or some sort of video input card (beware of input lag). There is nothing already inbuilt that will allow you to do that.
