    Hi there,

I've got a Acer Travelmate 4501LCi laptop, and it's starting to slow down quite a bit - even a reformat and reinstall hasnt rlly helped.
So the next viable option, i feel, is to go and upgrade some bits n pieces.
First choice - the ram: will the 4501LCi will take ANY 200-pin DDR SODimm modules, or does it have to be specific ones?
Second Choice - New HDD: How easy is it to install a new HDD? Is it just a standard 2.5" EIDE Laptop HDD in the 4501LCi? Can i just pop the existing one out and put the new one in?

    Thats it for now :D

    Cheers
