I just got my Acer 6920G a month ago or so. It came with 64-bit Vista Home Premium installed. I would like Ultimate installed. Does Acer offer an upgrade or how would I do this?

Use the Windows Anytime Upgrade shortcut in your Start menu to purchase the license key and make the move up to Windows Vista Ultimate (if I remember correctly).
Acer themselves do not provide OS upgrades - that's run through Microsoft directly.

Cost WAY to much for a brand new system

...like I said, just buy an upgrade from Microsoft, not a whole new system.
If you're a student, you can probably get a steep discount.

EDIT: YOW, I just saw the regular price for a Home Premium to Ultimate upgrade here in Canada - $199! Students can do it for $70.

EDIT 2: Why do you need Ultimate anyway?
