Heh after i finnaly managed to get the laptop to pair with the phone without using the holy software that Acer uses i managed to turn it into a speaker. Not a high quality one but still a speaker and if you hold it to your ear the quality isn't that bad.
    Steps involved.

    1. Turn on bluetooth (duh)
    2. Turn on the VoIP card (duhhh) and hold the Bluetooth key till it starts flashing
    3. To to My computer then My bluetooth places
    4. Click search for device then click on the headset and go to Establish pairing and enter in 4444 as the code. Or just right hand click then connect works for me
    5. The VoIP should start doing a jingle press the bluetooth button on the phone.
    6. Go to My control pannel and double click on sound and Audio Devices
    7. Go to Audio on the tab and make sure bluetooth audio is clicked for both auido and microphone and untick Use deafult device.
    8. Go to the voice tab and ensure Bluetooth audio is enabled for both.
Open a music file and listen to the music, if its faint press the speaker on the card to enable it to have hands free which increases the sound.

    enjoy

As soon as the bluetooth places is shut you need to repeat
Also if you turn off the VoIP the audio continues out the normal speakers.
