Ok, So as many know. I got my laptop and I am waiting untill friday to use it.

I had someone else pick it up for me, and they took it home.

When the person was getting it for me, they told her that there was a "Source CC" Screen saver already on the laptop. That was ok...
Not really, I knew something wasn't right, but I went ahead.

I then, At lunch time while I was home for a quick break, I opened the box. The laptop only had some foam protection peices on the ends, nothing on the cover or screen. Thats fine as I thought it was procted enough anyway.

I then went to look at the cables / books. There was the books, Vista, Whatnot, all in some bags. Thats fine.

But, My battery/AC Was not in a bag.
So, Here is a picture of how I found the box.
(Going to ask the girl if she moved any of the cords - There was a seal on the main box)

That's certainly not the way mine was packed but you do mention a seal on the main box.
My seal was X cut blue tape with a message to check contents of seal was broken. All cables etc. were also in ziplock plastic bags and laptop was in a lightweight foam bag with lots of packing all around it.

Some definitely was playing with your laptop before you got it.

The questions is: does it matter?

    Does the machine work?
