Guys i need some help with a strange situations that is annoying me..
    I have a 5920G
    4GB ram
    Intel Core2 T8300
    Nvidia 8600M GS
    250Gb hdd

Running OEM Vista x32 Home Premium i had no problem for some months, but these couple of weeks it frieze at start up: Win loads taskbar and desktop and the mouse pointer shows the working icon i cant click anywhere, so in the end i have to keep the power key pressed to turn off "brutally" the pc.
To resolve this I've just installed win7 x64 Home premium and it run well for some days. And today the exact problem  Desktop and taskbar loads up and the mouse pointer shows the working icon and again i can't click anywhere so again i have to keep the power key pressed to turn off.

I've installed all the drivers from acer website from Vista Home premium x64.

Please anyone has an idea or the similar bug?

try NOT using the acer drivers but pull them from respective manufacturers, there are sometimes buggy custom drivers from manufacturers, next guess run a diskchecker for bad sectors randomly cropping up ESPECIALLY if you have a hitachi hard drive.

gee Weinter guess I better type faster
