    :) Hello I need serious help!! I sent back my acer aspire 8920 for repair 3 times !! On the 3rd time Acer said they could not repair my notebook, and offered to send me a new one. I accepted but I wanted reassurance that I would be able to restore all my data, which they confirmed. I made a full backup image with erecovery management restore/backup of my old data, and now I cannot restore this backup image to the new notebook. Please help !!
