This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Currently I am a student working on my thesis paper, which involves fixing an Acer Aspire 5050-3785, but here is the thing; I have not found sufficient information on the different components regarding the Acer Aspire 5050-3785. The problems with the lap top, it will not currently power up, secondly it has a cracked LCD Monitor. I have found that the connection with the battery is good, and the power cord is also in stable condition. I have tried to find out where exactly does the problems lies. If you could provide any information on what the problems may be, or direct me to any web sites that provides me with the necessary information.
