    HD 4570 upgraded to GT240M

    Couple of tips (in order):

Get a service manual for disassembly guide.
    Delete the drivers before upgrading.
Set the bios to dedicated graphics.
    Install drivers.
If you get a bluescreen boot to safe mode with networking (press f8 before the windows logo) to install the video drivers.
    Set back to switchable.

    Good work.

Do you have Windows 7 on your 5935g with the GT240M?

What never worked for me is hibernate on Windows 7 (never wakes up, the Resuming Windows logo shows forever). Sleep works fine.

I guess one of these slow days I'll just have to reinstall my Windows 7 and do a hibernate before all of those drivers till I find the culprit.
